Refund Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Returns and exchanges of any physical product are accepted within 14 days from the date of
purchase when presented with the original sales receipt at Leica Store Kuala Lumpur at buyer’s
own cost.
A full refund will be issued provided the goods are in brand-new condition and the packaging is
intact. For refunds related to a service, please see below.
A refund/exchange will not be issued if:
• The packaging is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of soiling and/or the product is
not in brand new and in perfect condition.
• Referred to a service (e.g. delivery, Akademie course, etc).
• The product was customised by Leica Customer Care.
• The product was a special order.
• Referred to a gift voucher/card.
REFUND METHODS
The refund amount will be returned in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Refunds for cash purchases will be made in the form of an electronic payment/bank transfer.
Cash purchase: refunds will be made by bank transfer and will not exceed MYR56,000 following
the ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING POLICY.
Credit card purchase: the refund may only be made back to the original credit card.
